Q: How do I customize my order?
A: Use the "Customizations" box and image upload button on each product page. There is a template below in the description. Email us at info@cardtrophy.com for any help :)
Q: How do I use a promo code?
A: Add your items to the cart and then press checkout. You will see an "Add promotion code" button.
Q: Is my payment safe?
A: Yes, all payment processing is handled by Shopify. Shopify uses AES-256, an industry-leading encryption standard, to secure its transaction communications.
Q: Can I make a return/exchange?
A: Yes, send us an email we'll help you out!
Shipping & Handling
Q: Why are some items missing?
A: Cards and briefcases are shipped separately for faster delivery times. Each shipment is limited to 3 cards, so you might receive multiple envelopes as well.
Q: Why is my tracking number not working?
A: Most orders use USPS First Class Letter Mail with tracking info provided by LetterTrackPro.com. Please use the provided link from your "Order Shipped" email.
Q: How long does it take to make my card?
A: We make the cards within 1 day of purchase.
Q: When will I get my order?
A: We ship all orders through USPS First Class Mail. Expected delivery is about 7-14 days, depending on where you live.
Q: How do I track my order?
A: Use the provided LetterTrackPro link, or Universal Parcel Tracking website. International orders do not have tracking info.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We ship anywhere in the world for free. Delivery times will be longer, and tracking details may be limited.
Designs
Q: What design restrictions are there?
A: We have the right to refuse any request. Innapropriate or offensive designs might be rejected. We will NOT manufacture any cards that are intended to be used for illegal activities. All cards are for entertainment purposes only.
Q: Who creates the designs?
A: All designs are created, or re-created by our graphic design artist. This ensures high quality prints.
