Q: How do I customize my order?

A: Use the "Customizations" box and image upload button on each product page. There is a template below in the description. Email us at info@cardtrophy.com for any help :)

Q: How do I use a promo code?

A: Add your items to the cart and then press checkout. You will see an "Add promotion code" button.

Q: Is my payment safe?

A: Yes, all payment processing is handled by Shopify. Shopify uses AES-256, an industry-leading encryption standard, to secure its transaction communications.

Q: Can I make a return/exchange?

A: Yes, send us an email we'll help you out!

Shipping & Handling

Q: Why is my tracking number not working?

A: Most orders use USPS First Class Letter mail with informed visibility so the tracking number might show as invalid or in-transit. We can track it with our USPS account, send us an email for an update!

Q: How long does it take to make my card?

A: We make the cards within 1 day of purchase.

Q: When will I get my order?

A: We ship all orders through USPS First Class Mail. Expected delivery is about 4-10 days, depending on where you live.

Q: How do I track my order?

A: The tracking number can only be used with a business USPS account. I can track it for you! Send me an email :)

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: We ship anywhere in the world for free. Delivery times will be longer, and tracking details may be limited.

Designs

Q: What design restrictions are there?

A: We have the right to refuse any request. Innapropriate or offensive designs might be rejected. We will NOT manufacture any cards that are intended to be used for illegal activities. All cards are for entertainment purposes only.

Q: Who creates the designs?

A: All designs are created, or re-created by our graphic design artist. This ensures high quality prints.
